'To be the best you can be' - Article 29

Autumn 2022

Autumn Term 2022

 

Our topic for the Autumn term is:

 

'Sparkle and Shine'

Welcome to the new school year.

This topic will allow the children to explore things that sparkle, glitter, glow, reflect, shine and twinkle.  We will use materials, light sources and also look at how light is important in a range of celebrations – e.g. Bonfire night/Christmas.

 

 

 

 

This terms books/stories include:

  • Bringing down the moon
  • How to catch a star
  • Happy Birthday Maisy
  • Laura’s star
  • Maisy’s Christmas tree/Christmas Eve

 

As usual we will be carrying out a lot of outdoor activities so please ensure that your child is provided with suitable clothing.

 

I am sure that your child will have lots of fun over the next term.
