'To be the best you can be' - Article 29

Spring 2020

Spring Term 2020

Our topic for the Spring term is:

Can we explore it?

 

 

Through the topic "Can we explore it?" we will be learning about adventures and exploring dens, hiding places, minibeasts and different creatures we find in the garden. The children will be encouraged to engage in a variety of activities in the outdoor areas and on visits to local parks. 

Books to be covered will include:-

  • The Hungry caterpillar
  • Going on a bear hunt
  • The bad tempered ladybird

The children will enjoy roleplay/dressing up as minibeasts and other creatures.

If any parent feels that they could offer anything to this topic (in terms of coming in and engaging in activity with the children) we would be very grateful.

REMEMBER we have an open door policy in the O.A.U. and are always willing to lend an ear to our parents.
