Please note - 'If your child has been unwell with a wheeze or had to use inhalers more often in the last 72hrs or they have needed oral steroids in the past 2 weeks, then they need to speak to the school nurse'.

If your child was absent when their class was vaccinated, but you consented to the vaccination, you will need to arrange with your GP practice for your child to be vaccinated.
