Siarter Iaith - Silver Award
In July 2024 the school was awarded the Silver Siarter Iiath award! We are immensely proud of all the hard work the Criw Cymraeg and the whole school family have done in order to achieve this award! Arbenning!!
Santes Dwynwen The Welsh Patron Saint of Love
In Wales on January 25th we celebrate Santes Dwynwen Day (Saint Dwynwen). She is the Welsh patron saint of love and not to be mistaken for St Valentine.
There are some fun activities below that you may want to try at home. They range from conducting an ice cube science experiment; creating your own story journey on the story of Santes Dwynwen; making biscuits; and making origami hearts!
You may also want to make a Santes Dwynwen card and give it to someone.
Dewch i gwrdd â'r Criw Cymraeg / Come and meet the Welsh Crew!
Our role is to promote the Welsh language and the Welsh ethos of our school. We have achieved our Bronze Language Charter award and we are extremely proud of this. We are working towards the next award - Gwobr Arian (Silver Award).
We celebrate Shwmae Day every October.
