Newsletters

Dear parents, carers and guardians, We have a busy half term ahead with numerous activities planned for pupils and parents to attend. Details are outlined in the newsletter attached about sports events and book looks and there will also be an open evening for parents to discuss reports on Monday 14th of July 2025. This is the term where we get our wonderful Year 6 pupils ready for their transition to comprehensive school and wish them every success for the future. Our leaver’s assembly will be held at 9.15am on Friday, 18th of July 2025, everyone is welcome. I would encourage you to call in to see me if you have anything you would like to discuss or if I can help in any way. Just a reminder that we break up for the summer holidays on Friday 18th of July 2025. There is Inset training for staff on Monday 21st July 2025, so no pupils should attend on this day. Just a reminder of key dates for you to be aware of; we have a bank holiday on Monday 5th of May 2025 and an Inset day on Friday 23rd of May 2025. We break up for the half term break on Thursday 22nd of May 2025 and pupils return to school on Monday 2nd of June 2025. There is Inset training for staff on Monday 21st of July 2025 so no pupils should attend. The last day of the summer term for pupils is Friday 18th of July 2025. I hope you will join us tomorrow for our St. David's Day Eisteddfod at 9.15am in the school hall. All welcome! Easter holiday dates are Friday 11th of April to Monday 28th of April 2025. Friday 11th of April is an Inset training day for staff so children finish on Thursday 10th of April 2025.
