Spring Term 2023
Our topic for the Spring term is:
Are eggs alive?
This terms topic lends itself nicely to Knowledge and Understanding of the World. It is a fun topic that will involve a lot of outdoor learning. The children will engage in lots of garden activities so be prepared with your wet weather gear!
Through our topic we will learn about:
- The world around us during the Spring
- Ducks and ducklings
- Frogs and frogspawn
- Eggs
- Easter celebrations
- The weather
- Blossom and Spring flowers
This terms books/stories include:
- Jack and the Beanstalk
- The Odd Egg
- How much do you love me?
As usual we will be carrying out a lot of outdoor activities so please ensure that your child is provided with suitable clothing.
